Shelly Beach is an engaging speaker for Christian, secular, and school groups. Her humor, candor, transparency, and heart for encouragement inspire audiences and bring hope to her listeners.

Shelly customizes her programs for churches, women’s groups, conferences, schools, conventions, writers’ conferences and workshops, family caregiver groups, and professional health care providers.

Shelly is the author of two books: Precious Lord, Take My Hand (Discovery House Publishers, April 2007), a collection of meditations for caregivers, and Hallie’s Heart, (Kregel Publishers, April 2007), a contemporary novel. Her writing has appeared in God Allows U-Turns for Women, The Presbyterian Journal, Focus on the Family, and many other national publications.

Shelly is a co-founder of the Cedar Falls Christian Writers' Workshop at Riverview Conference Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa and is a member of the Christian Authors’ Network. Join her June 11-14, 2008, when the Workshop’s featured presenters will be nationally recognized authors and speakers Tim Beals and Lynn Austin.
